Jatamansi is a fragrant Ayurvedic herb found in the Himalayas. Jatamansi incense blended with other herbs has a number of therapeutic qualities when burnt. It balances the three Doshas….. Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Increases alertness, concentration and calms the mind.

Each 25g packet contains 12 sticks, each stick has a slow smoulder time of one hour.
